Steve Harvey's ex-wife has reportedly filed a $60 million lawsuit against the TV host, barely a month after publicly blasting him for trying to ruin her.

Mary has a long list of reasons for her filing, including torture, kidnapping, breach of contract, murder, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

"The plaintiff had lost her son, has her businesses taken from her, nowhere to live, all Mother's Days have been painful and empty, Mary L Harvey was dead". The divorce was bitter with accusations that Harvey carried on an extramarital affair with his current wife Marjorie Harvey while married to Vaughn.

Mary said she has been suicidal and has resorted to harmful forms of self-medication to handle the aftermath of their contentious divorce battle that according to Mary, left her with nothing. TMZ noted that it was not filed by an attorney either, but by "civil rights activist" Essie Berry, who would be acting as her attorney if the suit goes to court.

According to new legal documents, Vaughn claims she has endured "severe emotional distress" and has "attempted suicide by self-medicating [in] an effort to stop the pain" over the past 15 years. The couple was married from 1996 until 2005.

Mary's documents state that her "acute mental shock arose from experiencing the death of a child", and accused Steve of extreme cruelty. "The Complaint is meritless, frivolous and the allegations are completely false", the statement reads. Harvey and Bridges-Woods tied the knot in 2007, two years after Steve and his ex-wife parted ways for the final time. "We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the complaint".

Reps for Vaughn and Harvey did not return a request from Fox News for comment.
